SELF AWARENESS Most employees react spontaneously. They're not in control of their behavior and their actions. This is because they lack self-awareness. Once self-awareness is gained, the employee can choose his behavior patterns. This leads to healthy interpersonal relationships both at work and at home, the employees work life and personal life improves tremendously and the employee begins to function at his maximum level/potential.
